BUTCH DIVA FLASHBACK...

Diggin in the crates...and I come across one of my favorite BUTCH DIVA shots from a photo shoot in Williamsburg last summer...

So just to give you a quick rundown - Toni approached me after Tiara's fashion show at Frank White about 2 weeks ago because she wanted the BUTCH DIVA red and black hounds tooth jacket - like badly! - but since most samples are currently only made-to-order, I had to give her my contact so she can follow up to have it custom made. And follow up she did. Toni came over the studio the other day for a fitting and we chit chatted a bit...sweet girl with big dreams and a positive head on her shoulders...

I woke up to this email this morning, and was reminded of Why...

Tiara Chameleon successfully put her styling talents to use when she decided to host a fashion show at Frank White, mixing personal vintage finds from her closet with BUTCH DIVA. The turn out was a good look and the inspiration well taken!

FRIENDS GET MORE INTIMATE WITH AGE...

...Recently celebrated the birthday of one of my dear homies Albana a.k.a Mujaj! As much as I tease her about the non-stop party life and scheduling quality time into her Blackberry, it was cool to see her try something new this year - an intimate gathering at her place in BK, where I re-connected with peeps from college and stuffed my face till I could no longer keep my eyes open! Who let me sit at the snack table??? My stomach swole up so bad, I started to look like I was eating for two - ha! But have no fear, no knock ups here! lol.
