I'm becoming quite the fan of Brooklyn's chill scene, and one being Frank White on Atlantic and St. Johns. I was given the opportunity to set up a sample shop there last weekend at their House Sunday's event, in which Tiara Chameleon also made her styling debut by putting on a fashion show mixing her vintage fashion collection with BUTCH DIVA pieces. She also styled the pre-party in which loyal guests, socialites and models mingled amongst eachother in BUTCH DIVA. I worked the room and got a lot of positive feedback so it was a win win shindig!
Big ups to Tiara for putting on a successful show and including BUTCH DIVA in her endeavors! proud to promote her as one of the newest members of the BUTCH DIVA team!
Special shout out to Charlie for working the F*$! out of this BUTCH DIVA jumpsuit. All eyes were definately on her for the better half of the evening, she didn't even wanna take it off! Ha! I got chu' Charlie - we gon' get this in your closet ASAP!

I've been following your blog for a few months now, and your designs are great. It's good to see a designer who can make something unique but still wearable (unlike a lot of things seen on high fashion runways). Keep up the good work!
Most if not all of us wish to inspire and share along the way. BUTCHDIVA.BLOGSPOT is my outlet in sharing my visions, aspirations, experiences, conceptual thinking, resources, my network and foundation of peers / family / and friends, and most importantly my journey in learning, building momentum, and making a difference. I feel very fortunate to be working in an industry I love, and doing something I have endless passion for. It brings me endless pleasure to share my work with you, and all that inspires me to keep on keepin' on.
"blind eyes could look at me and see da' truth...i got SUMMER hatin' on me cuz i'm hotter than the sun, got SPRING hatin' on me cuz i ain't never sprung... WINTER hatin on me cuz i'm colder than ya'll and i will never - i will never- I WILL NEVER FALL! i'm bein' hated by the Seasons, so f*$! ya'll for hatin' for no reason..." - Lil Wayne
BUTCH DIVA is a bold and cutting edge collection offering a range of innovative styling and attire suitable for a young woman looking to make a statement at work, at the trendiest scenes, and also within the intimacy of her home. The “BUTCH DIVA” philosophy thrives off the potential and intentions of aggressive, androgynous females looking to succeed at what some once considered only masculine roles - and yet still keeping in touch with their femininity, passions, and sexuality. "BUTCH DIVA" also serves as a psychological description I came up with for a woman who handles her business and takes control of all that contributes to her fulfillment in life and well being.
The BUTCH DIVA goal is to offer a lifestyle collection that empowers women regardless of what they're engaging in. BUTCH DIVA offers a wardrobe consisting of trends, comfort, touches of class for the 'diva' within, and endless confidence . So many females today want to be the ring leader - in control of all they do, and BUTCH DIVA plans to gear them up as they make their commanding statements.
BUTCH DIVA...ITS NOT JUST A LABEL - BUT A LIFESTYLE.
