BAMBI REMIX.
"I liked the idea that I could corrupt Bambi, a modern day symbol of innocence and turn her 'bad' thus re-creating the nun cliché in a new way." The works feature a series of photographs of real models holding up cardboards of illustrations in various sexually provocative poses, with a large part of the models obscured except for the odd pair of legs in latex stockings and ultra-high heels. Goodall says he drew inspiration from pop artist Allen Jones, but added his own twist to explore popular subjects of fetishism, for example, using cartoon characters like Bambi and Mickey Mouse to illustrate “fallen innocence” as a Goodall spin on the “sexualized nun”. - SOURCE
